In Bruges

Reading time: 2 min.

June 2015, Bruges – Belgium

Dreamy gingerbread-like houses, historical cobbled streets and lovely canals crossing the city up to the North Sea, make Bruges the most beautiful fairytale place we have seen in Europe.

Add to the storyline the finest craft beer, golden waffles, light-as-a-feather pancakes and lots of chocolate, and you’ll make your own Belgian medieval plot.

What a perfect idea to be here on my birthday, I’ve said to myself one morning! 🙂

One hour by train from Bruxelles, and here we are.

Walk around as much as you can. Enjoy the beautiful marketplace panoramic view, from a restaurant at the ground floor of a guild house. Take a boat cruise along the canals. Admire the lace-making demonstrations performed by the locals, and the cute little souvenir shops.

Ok, enough with the words. This place is worth being experienced deep through the pores, with all your senses.

Ta-Daaaaaaaaa 🙂
